Nothing artificial or hydrogenated. We will not scrimp on the ingredients we bake with. Quality flour, pure cane sugar, cage-free eggs, and only pure butter. We use aluminum-free leavening and Himalayan Sea salt.
Our goal is to provide freshly-baked breads, cakes, pies & cookies that taste rich and delicious, and have wonderful textures. Our breads are tender and make wonderful sandwiches and toast. All of our cakes are 3-layer and will serve 12 or more. We are not sparing with flavor in our cinnamon rolls and polish them with cream cheese frosting!

We are producing authentic sourdough bread, only our aged culture, quality bread flour, filtered water and pink sea salt. We culture every loaf 18 hours or more, to develop a delicious flavor. We bake with steam to create a crisp, dark crust.
